Phase One:

Forge a New Path

8 Sessions
  • A collaborative process that takes  place online or by phone.   

  • Weekly then bi-weekly​.

  • Uncovers a greater purpose for change.

  • Identifies a vision for a healthier you.

  • Develops a framework for change that honors your inner wisdom.

  • Considers the environment as a key factor in success.

  • Cultivates kindness and self-compassion.

  • Sets change in motion in small ways.

Phase Two:


6, 9 or 12 Sessions
  • Bi-weekly or monthly

  • Our sessions will focus on progress made, strengths, barriers, and lessons learned.

  • We will celebrate success and think through roadblocks as well as plan for next steps.

  • Success comes from steady, incremental, supported change over a 3-6 month period.

  • Live your life and make new discoveries about what works for you One Small Change at a time!
